The 2027 Open Enrollment Period begins October 23, 2026 and ends December 23, 2026. If customers enroll on or before December 15, 2026, coverage will start January 1, 2027. If they enroll between December 16, 2026 and December 23, 2026, coverage will begin February 1, 2027.
You can enroll anytime if you:
- Are an American Indian or Alaska Native
- Qualify for HUSKY/Medicaid
